Birch Leaves:
Take 2oz of birch leaves and simmer it with a litre of water at least for 3 minutes. Add soda bicarbonate with the mixture once it is found to be hot. Cool it for an hour and have the filtered mixture. Drinking it regularly provides you with the greater relief.

Bilberries:
This is an effective medicine of eczema. Take about 50 grams of bilberries in a steel container and add a liter of water. The water should be tepid and allow the mixture to stand for an hour at least. Then boil it for about 20 minutes. This mixture acts as a great cleanser in preventing infection and keeps the skin to be healthier.
